The company was founded in 1988, on the roots of years of prior experience in a variety of technology disciplines, including extended exposure to vacuum pumping techniques, thin film coating, surface science, CZ crystal growth, ion implantation, helium leak detection, industrial process automation, precision test instruments, analytical and clinical pathology instrumentation.
